We maintain a verified list of all registered agents, which is available under the “Registered Agents” section. Pilgrims are advised to only engage with approved agents to avoid scams or unofficial dealings.
Basic Task of Agents;
Travel Logistics & Security
They manage flight schedules from Accra and Tamale, oversee check-in procedures at the Hajj Village, and implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access to Ghanaian camps
Hospitality Provision
Agents ensure pilgrims are housed near key religious sites like the Prophet’s Mosque in Madina and receive two meals daily throughout their stay in Madina, Mecca, and Mina
Health Support & Medical Guidance
Agents coordinate vaccinations (like Yellow Fever and COVID-19), provide access to qualified doctors and nurses, and educate pilgrims on staying hydrated and avoiding heat stroke during the pilgrimage
Spiritual Orientation & Education
They organize sessions to teach pilgrims about Hajj rituals, supplications, and religious conduct—especially helpful for first-timers. This includes guidance from the Daawah Committee.
