The leadership of the Fulani Community in Ghana has expressed heartfelt gratitude to President John Mahama, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and the Hajj Taskforce for their intervention in ensuring that eligible Fulani pilgrims are issued Ghanaian passports.
Speaking at the Hajj Village during a visit by Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, the community leaders commended the government’s efforts, highlighting how the intervention has streamlined the passport acquisition process for qualified Fulani applicants.
This gesture of appreciation follows an earlier disagreement between the Fulani leadership and officials at the satellite passport office at the Hajj Village.
